Chapman Foundation for Caring Communities
In this episode, Adam Salgat sits down with Gina Wilson, OCL Alumni, mother of two teens, and Assistant Professor of Educational Leadership at Central Michigan University. Gina discusses using the OCL skills as a parent during the first days of the pandemic. She recalls trying to work with her daughter on her daily routines and how she realized she was instilling learned helplessness in her. This development led to a deeper relationship with her daughter. Moments she once regarded as routine are now rich with connection and purpose.https://www.chapmancommunities.org/
